Complete Birth Package ($650-1000)

• Free video consultation

• 2 Prenatal Sessions (see “Prenatal Prep Only” for what’s included)

• Personalized resource guide with therapeutic and informational tools to prepare for birth

• Unlimited phone/text support to answer questions and ease concerns

• On call 24/7 two weeks before and two weeks after estimated due date

• Continuous virtual presence in labor via phone/text/video call to suggest labor positions, soothing touch, breathing techniques and other comfort measures as well as to provide informational support so that you know all of your options throughout the process

• 1 In-Home Postpartum Session to process birth story and make referrals

• Personalized postpartum support guide that may include self-care resources, recipes, baby soothing and feeding tips, plus referrals to local and online resources beyond my scope (lactation consultants, support groups, therapists, etc.)

Birth Only Package ($475)

• Free video consultation

• On call 24/7 from 38 weeks

• Continuous presence in labor to suggest labor positions, offer soothing touch, breathing techniques and other comfort measures as well as to provide informational support to boost your confidence and facilitate decision-making

• Phone/text support up to 8 wks postpartum

Prenatal Prep Only ($25-60/hr)

Hourly video prenatal sessions to:

• Discuss fears, hopes and dreams for birth; receive emotional support from a calming, affirming presence who is knowledgeable about labor and birth

• Discuss routine medical interventions/options and strategies for giving informed consent 

• Review what to expect in each stage of labor and possible labor scenarios

• Discuss relaxation and comfort measures for laboring at home AND in the hospital/with epidural

• Discuss when to go to the hospital 

• Written follow-up of most relevant details, including written birth plan to give providers

Postpartum Support

Postpartum Support ($25/hr)

• Hourly in-home support to navigate postpartum transition, including partner/family support

• Informational support to help with baby care, soothing, feeding, baby-wearing and to answer any “is this normal?” questions

• Referrals to local and online resources beyond my scope (lactation consultant, support groups, therapists, chiropractors, legal and social services, etc.) 

Personalized Postpartum Plan ($75)

Free video consultation to discuss support needs

Personalized written postpartum resource guide, which includes:

• Baby care and basic lactation info

• Information on possible postpartum changes

• Nourishing recipes

• Referrals to local and online resources beyond my scope (lactation consultant, support groups, therapists, chiropractors, legal and social services, etc.) 

• Other relevant resources as needed!
